We believe in a family's right to privacy and giving them the option of befriending their neighbors or a quiet existence with little socialization, so whether you're a social butterfly or a hermit recluse Riven Dale has a home site to meet your wants.
Our studio cabin boast a huge 654 sq. ft. 32' x 20' , full private bathroom, open hearth fireplace. concealed battery center for your solar management devices. Min 8" dia. medium to hardwood logs make up the exterior walls and cord wood is used for the interior walls, Dutch style interior doors and hardwood floors throughout.... Easy to keep, easy to cool easy to heat, one of the most efficient cabins we offer, best suited for an older couple or single person, we have larger more spacious floor plans for families of any size.......
The Riven Dale II is a simple one story ranch style home with great room kitchen combo. Log wood exterior walls and cord wood interior walls. Deluxe kitchen with Rancher style Volzegang wood stove. (upgrades available). Hardwood floors throughout. Throw a grass roof on top and this is one warm house in the winter time.
The Riven Dale III is a spacious 3 bedroom single story ranch style cabin. Depending on family size the master bath can be made into a nursery. The open hearth river rock fireplace is a cozy spot for many family memories.
Upgrade to an enclosed Mudroom/Porch and gain an additional work space or social area....
Your Riven Dale homestead includes a cabin of your choice, 100 sqft kitchen garden tilled turned and rowed,10 lbs various seeds, chicken coop with attached rabbit hutch, Sow pen, perimeter fencing, (optional) Carriage house with 2 stalls.
